双江口水电站安全监测信息全生命周期管理创新与实践

Abstract:

To push ahead engineering safety monitoring under construction, harmonize the management standards and requirements for safety monitoring information and ensure the monitoring data complete and reliable, the lifecycle management platform was built for safety monitoring information of Shuangjiangkou hydropower station, relying on the completed dam safety information management system of Dadu River basin. And the new method and technology were proposed for safety monitoring information management based on engineering construction. It solved the problems such as different standards for safety monitoring information management of different contractors during construction, delayed information auditing and low data processing efficiency. It laid a solid foundation for effectively understanding the safety status of 300 m-high earth-rock dams, and for getting fully prepared for a smooth handover of the safety monitoring information from construction to operation.

摘要: 为做好双江口水电站建设期间的工程安全监测工作,统一安全监测信息的管理标准和要求,保证施工期工程安全监测资料完整可靠,依托已建成的大渡河流域库坝安全信息综合管理系统,搭建了双江口水电站安全监测信息全生命周期管理平台,创新性地提出了基于工程建设期间的安全监测信息管理新方法和技术,解决了施工期不同承包商安全监测信息管理标准不同、信息审核不及时、数据处理效率低等问题,为有效掌握300 m级高土石坝工程安全性态提供了有力保障,也为顺利实现建设期与运行期安全监测信息的移交接管做好了充分准备。
