Abstract: To improve the management of sluice devices of Xinglong hydraulic project and ensure its safe operation, three aspects are studied, namely the maintenance object and organization structure, the plan making and the management mode of maintenance. Further, Total Quality Management as well as 5S management are applied to the maintenance and management of sluice devices, which is of good effect.

摘要： 为了做好泄水闸的设备管理工作，保证泄水闸的安全运行，从维修养护对象及人员组织、维修养护计划编制、维修养护管理模式三个方面进行了有益探索，形成了一套行之有效的设备管理方法。根据维修养护管理对象及其特点，进行了设备分类管理，建立了适合自身特点的维护人员组织结构，并在确定设备维修养护等级和养护项目的基础上，以设备利用率为中心编制维修计划，选用了适合自身管理特点的维修责任制度，并创造性地将制造企业管理中的全面质量管理思想和“5s”现场管理思想应用到泄水闸设备的维修养护管理工作中，在实践中取得了良好的效果。
