Abstract: Based on engineering experiences, the content and standards for safety assessment of hydropower projects are discussed. Further, it is advanced that the pertinence in safety assessment should be required. Based on risk identification, by analysis of the monitoring data and operation, with reference to modern standards, the essential standard for safety assessment of hydropower projects is to avoid the safety risks.

摘要: 通过工程实例探讨水电水利工程安全性评价内容及评判标准,提出安全性评价宜以提升评价工作针对性为要求,以风险辨识为基础、以安全监测资料和工程运行状况分析为主要内容、以现行规程规范为尺度、以不危及工程安全为标准。
