Abstract:

Fixed flood control water level is mostly adopted in traditional reservoir scheduling method, which to some extent limits the reservoir′s storage capacity during the flood season and affects the reservoir′s profitability. Therefore, this paper studies and proposes a flood season reservoir water level dynamic control method based on fuzzy proportional integral derivative PID. This method applies GNSS-IR
technology to monitor the reservoir water level in real time, calculates the difference between the water level and the safe water level and its change rate, and uses the difference and change rate as input to calibrate the three parameters of PID using fuzzy logic method. The calibrated PID is used to calculate the water level control quantity and monitor reservoir water level fluctuations during the flood season, guiding scientific water storage, ensuring safe dam operation, and achieving dynamic flood season water level control. Study findings indicate that the proposed control method achieves a balanced equilibrium between reservoir water storage for beneficial purposes and flood control safety, thereby maintaining relatively stable reservoir water levels. Additionally, this method exhibits a lower coefficient of variation, demonstrating its greater effectiveness in reducing fluctuations during the control process, resulting in smoother water level regulation.

传统的水库调度方式大多采用固定汛限水位,这在一定程度上限制了水库在汛期的蓄水能力,影响了水库的兴利效益。为此,笔者研究并提出了一种基于模糊比例积分微分PID的汛期水库水位动态控制方法。该方法应用GNSS-IR技术,实时监测水库水位,计算其与安全水位之间的差值和差值变化率,并以差值和差值变化率为输入条件,采用模糊逻辑方法对PID的3个参数进行率定,使用率定后的PID计算水位控制量,来监控汛期水库水位变化,指导水库科学兴利蓄水,确保水库大坝安全运行,从而实现汛期水库水位动态控制的目的。研究结果表明:采用所提方法控制后,水库兴利需求蓄水量与防洪安全之间达到了一定程度的平衡,维持了水库水位的相对稳定;另外,该方法的变异系数值相对更低,表明在相同的控制条件下,该方法能够更有效地减少控制过程中的波动,使水位控制过程更加平稳。
