Abstract: In recent years, several disastrous tailings dam accidents have occurred at home and abroad, caused huge losses to the lives, property and environment downstream. A brief analysis of these typical accidents is conducted to summarize the cause reasons of the dam failure, with the aim of serving as a warning to industry insiders.

摘要： 近年来，国内外发生了数起灾难性的尾矿坝溃坝事故，对下游人民生命财产和环境造成了巨大的损失，影 响恶劣。笔者对这几起典型事故进行简要分析，总结溃坝失事肇因，以期发挥反面教材作用，引导业内人士引以 为戒，警钟长鸣，慎终如始。
