Abstract: With the rapid development of pumped storage power stations, high-head hydraulic tunnels have continued to increase, and the operation safety of headrace tunnels has attracted more and more at- tention. Taking the shallow buried section of headrace tunnel in Huizhou pumped storage power station as an example, the main considerations for safety evaluation of shallow buried tunnel are explained re- spectively. The results show that although the shallow buried section of headrace tunnel has problems of broken surrounding rock and slightly insufficient thickness of overlying rock, the minimum principal stress and seepage stability at each control point can meet the requirements, and measures such as en- hanced consolidation grouting have been taken for the surrounding rock during construction process. Therefore, its safety can be guaranteed at present.

摘要: 随着抽水蓄能电站的飞速发展,高水头引水隧洞不断增多,引水隧洞运行安全正得到越来越多的关注。以惠州抽水蓄能电站引水隧洞浅埋段为例,阐述了浅埋段隧洞安全评价的主要考虑因素。分析结果表明:引水隧洞过沟浅埋段虽存在围岩破碎且上覆岩体厚度略有不足的问题,但各控制点处最小主应力与渗透稳定性均能满足要求,并且施工过程中对围岩采取了加强固结灌浆等处理措施,因此目前其运行安全性能够得到保证。
