水平定向钻技术在某小型水库中的应用

Abstract: A reservoir project is built on a tributary of the Tarlang river in Turpan city to satisfy the local water supply and irrigation needs. The dam type is embankment dam with clay core. During the opera- tion of reservoir, the contact surface between the dam body and the traditional culvert under the dam is prone to leak, which would threaten the dam safety. So the horizontal directional drilling technology is in- novatively adopted in this project. The water transmission tunnel built by this technology has no direct contact with the dam, which has fundamentally improved the operational reliability of water transmission facilities and the safety of dam structure and is worth reference.

摘要: 某水库工程选址于吐鲁番市塔尔朗河支流,为满足当地供水和灌溉用水需要,特规划建设本水库。水库大坝为黏土心墙坝,采用传统坝下涵管输水设施,水库运行中易因坝体与涵管接触部位渗漏加剧而威胁大坝安全,为此本工程创新采用水平定向钻技术。该技术构建的输水通道与大坝无直接接触,从根本上提升了输水设施的运行可靠性及大坝结构安全性,其设计与施工环节的关键要点可为同类型新建工程提供参考。
