水下施工技术在荒沟抽水蓄能电站续建中的应用

Abstract: The lower reservoir of Huanggou pumped storage power station is the existing Lianhua reser- voir. The inlet/outlet structure of the lower reservoir constructed in early stage has been submerged. The continued project is the first domestic hydraulic structure that adopts underwater construction technolo- gy. A camera system for turbid water is developed during construction, and construction tech such as un- derwater formwork positioning and installation, underwater welding of steel bars and underwater concret- ing by placing machine are used. A underwater sealing device for gate well is designed to achieve dry construction for embedded parts and the phase Ⅱ concrete.

摘要: 荒沟抽水蓄能电站下水库为已建的莲花水电站水库,前期施工的下水库进/出水口结构已被淹没,续建工程为国内水工建筑物采用水下建造技术的首例。施工中研制了浑水摄像系统,采用了水下模板定位安装、钢筋水下焊接、布料机浇筑水下混凝土等施工技术,并设计采用了闸门井水下封闭装置,实现了闸门井内埋件和二期混凝土的干地施工。
