Abstract: During the construction of safety, health and environment (SHE) system for more than ten years, Ertan hydropower plant focused on its own safety production characteristics and learned lessons from the safety management experiences. Through continuous innovation and practice, integrating the SHE system of SDIC, the SHE system of NOSA and the construction of safety production standardization, and taking risk management as the core, Ertan hydropower plant gradually established a set of relatively complete SHE management system with its own characteristics focusing on improving the risk awareness of personnel and the equipment management level to achieve comprehensive SHE management. A lot of innovative and effective practices were carried out to effectively guarantee the safety production.

摘要： 二滩水力发电厂在开展安健环体系建设的十多年中，结合自身安全生产的特点，汲取安全管理中的经验与教训，通过不断创新和实践，融合国投电力安健环体系、NOSA安健环管理体系、安全生产标准化建设，以风险管理为核心，重点提高人员风险意识，提升设备管理水平，实现安全、健康、环保的综合管理，逐步形成一套相对完整且具有自身特色的安健环管理体系，创新开展了许多卓有成效的做法，有效保障了安全生产。
