萌山水库大坝安全管理评价研究

Abstract: To enhance the safety management of Mengshan reservoir dam, the dam information system has been improved. The authority established the Smart Reservoir comprehensive platform, built a multi-level index system for evaluation of dam safety management, determined the weight of each index by using analytic hierarchy process, and invited experts to evaluate the level of reservoir safety management before and after the construction of Smart Reservoir comprehensive platform by using the direct scoring method, then compared and analyzed the evaluation results. The results showed that the construction of Smart Reservoir comprehensive platform had played a significant role in improving the capability of safety management of Mengshan reservoir dam.

摘要: 为了进一步提高水库大坝的安全管理水平,萌山水库有针对性地完善了大坝信息化系统。笔者阐述了“智慧水库”综合平台建设内容,构建了多层次大坝安全管理综合评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定了各指标权重,邀请专家采用直接打分法对“智慧水库”综合平台建设前后的水库安全管理水平进行了评价,并对评价结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,“智慧水库”综合平台的建设对萌山水库大坝安全管理能力提升起到了显著作用。
