巴西水电站大坝安全管理体系研究

Abstract: The safety management system of hydropower dams in Brazil is summarized, including the laws and regulations, technical standards, relevant organizations, specific work requirements and the Brazilian National Dam Safety Information System. On this basis, the main features of the safety management system of hydropower dams in Brazil are analyzed, and some suggestions about the safe operation and management of hydropower dams in Brazil for Chinese power enterprises are provided.

摘要: 系统梳理巴西水电站大坝安全管理体系,包括所依据的法律法规、技术标准、相关的组织机构、具体工作要求及巴西国家大坝安全信息系统。在此基础上,分析总结巴西水电站大坝安全管理体系的主要特点,对中国电力企业在巴西的水电站大坝安全运行管理工作提出建议。
