三维激光点云在隧洞病害缺陷检测中的应用研究

Abstract: Existing hidden defect detection methods have disadvantages such as heavy workload and low accuracy. However, the three-dimensional laser scanning technology can effectively solve these problems. Taking a diversion tunnel as an example, this paper introduces the operation process and data processing of application of three-dimensional laser scanning technology in tunnel detection. By extracting and comparing the tunnel section curve for deformation analysis, and based on the characteristics of leakage water from cracks, crack detection is carried out on the two-dimensional image map. The engineering practice shows that the above method can effectively detect tunnel deformation and cracks in which the reliability and superiority of application of 3D laser scanning technology in the hidden defect detection are demonstrated.

摘要: 现有隐患检测方法存在工作量大、精度低等缺点,三维激光扫描技术可有效解决这些弊端。以引水隧洞工程为例,介绍了三维激光扫描技术在隧洞检测中的作业流程及数据处理过程,通过提取与对比隧洞断面曲线进行形变分析,以及基于裂缝渗水水迹特征在二维影像图上进行裂缝提取,完成隧洞隐患检测。工程实践表明,上述方法能有效检测隧洞形变量、准确提取隧洞表观裂缝,展现了三维激光扫描技术在水工隧洞隐患检测中的可靠性与优越性。
