Abstract: Focusing on the special importance of the existing hydraulic steel gate in hydropower projects, the necessity of real-time online monitoring of hydraulic steel gate is analyzed, and the monitoring contents, such as structural stress, structural dynamic response, structural attitude, hoisting and closing force, and monitoring methods of hydraulic steel gate are described. Finally, engineering practice is carried out with the arc-shaped steel gate of a hydropower station, which provides a useful reference for the online monitoring and safety evaluation of the existing hydraulic steel gates in future.

摘要: 针对现役水工钢闸门在水力发电枢纽工程中的特殊重要性,分析水工钢闸门实时在线监测的必要性,阐述水工钢闸门的结构应力、结构动力响应、结构姿态、启闭机启闭力等监测内容及实施方法,并在此基础上以某水电站弧形钢闸门为例进行工程实践,为今后现役水工钢闸门的在线监测与安全评估研究提供有益参考。
