振弦式渗压计的长期应用研究

Abstract: In order to study the long-term stability of vibrating wire piezometer commonly used in safety monitoring of geotechnical projects, the data of automatic monitoring of vibrating wire piezometer and manual measurement for 12 years in a project are analyzed. Through correlation analysis and standard deviation analysis, it is considered that the measurement accuracy, long-term stability and permissible service life of the vibrating wire piezometer can meet the needs of seepage monitoring. It is suggested that the corresponding management system should be established in the long-term use of the vibrating wire piezometer, the manual measurement comparison should be insisted, and the abnormal condition should be corrected in time. After the automation system is put into operation, the frequency of manual measurement can be reduced year by year. Monitoring data analysis of a vibrating wire piezometer in another project for 6 years shows that the typical zero shift presents a trend of decreasing frequency modulus, which can be found by manual comparison or obvious abnormal water level. At this point, the piezometer should be replaced in time.

摘要: 为研究岩土工程安全监测中常用的振弦式渗压计的长期稳定性,分析某项目12年来渗压计自动化监测与人工比测的资料,通过相关性分析、标准偏差分析等方法,认为采用的振弦式渗压计的测量精度、长期稳定性、允许使用年限都可以满足渗流监测的需要。在渗压计长年使用中应建立相应管理制度并坚持人工比测,发现异常及时修正,在自动化系统投入运行后,可以逐年降低人工比测频次。另一项目6年的某振弦式渗压计监测资料分析表明,典型的零点漂移表现为频率模数趋势性变小,可以通过人工比测或者发现其水位明显异常,此时应及时更换渗压计解决。
