Abstract: After the completion of water conservancy and hydropower projects, water storage would cause redistribution of water in the basin. As well, local scour, deposition and bank collapse would appear, resulting in changes in underwater topography. In the safety monitoring management of operation and maintenance stage, the underwater topography of key areas, such as the dam front and the confluence area, are monitored regularly or irregularly, and the evolution of underwater topography is analyzed and managed. This paper introduces a set of analysis and visualization management system for management of underwater terrain monitoring data which has promoted the informatization of operation and management of water conservancy and hydropower projects.

摘要: 水利水电工程建成投产后,大坝蓄水会引起流域范围内水流的重新分布,出现局部范围冲刷、淤积、塌岸等现象,导致水下地形发生变化。在运营维护阶段的安全监测管理工作中,将定期或不定期地对坝前、汇流区等重点部位的水下地形进行监测,分析和掌握水下地形演变情况。笔者介绍单位自主开发的一套水下地形监测数据管理系统,用于水下地形监测数据的管理和分析,推动水利水电工程运营管理信息化的实现。
