Abstract: In this paper, the development process, application principle and application examples of HK-963-J2 are introduced. HK-963-J2 is developed from traditional HK-963 underwater epoxy coating. The HK-963-J2 is of high thixotropy, long potting life, adjustable curing time, small linear shrinkage, low density, excellent underwater adhesion property, high mechanical strength underwater and in low temperature condition, etc. The combination of viscosity, density and thixotropy of system realizes the underwater "standing" effect. HK-963-J2 can be grouted by a screw mortar pump smoothly. When grouting is stopped, HK-963-J2 would stop flowing due to high thixotropy, which can be used for underwater fracture, pipe, steel lining void zone and other underwater defects. This provides a new solution for repair of underwater defects.

摘要: 对HK-963-J2高触变型水下环氧灌浆材料的研制过程、应用原理以及应用实例进行了介绍。HK-963-J2是在传统水下产品HK-963水下增厚型环氧涂料的基础上研制而成的,具有触变性高、可操作时间长、固化时间可调、线性收缩小、密度低、水下粘接性能好、低温条件下固结体力学强度高等特点。该产品巧妙结合了体系的粘度、密度和触变性,实现了在水下“站立”的效果。HK-963-J2可以采用螺杆砂浆泵进行灌注施工,输浆填充性好,在灌浆泵停止灌浆时,浆材即停止流动。该材料可用于对水下裂隙、管道、钢衬脱空区等工程缺陷以可控灌浆的方式进行定点、定量的灌注填充封堵,为水下工程缺陷的防渗加固修复提供了新的解决方法。
