Abstract: Multiple automatic monitoring systems need to be integrated in the united platform of dam safety management for hydropower plant. In the integration scheme advanced in this article, except the collection module on the outer layer, the manufacturer adds collection service to make it available to the third party. For the dam safety management system of company which is in charge of river basin hydropower development or management of multi-hydropower plants, visual integration of multiple automatic monitoring systems is completed. It is proved that the degree of coupling is reduced. And the integration scheme, easy to be realized in earlier stage and low maintenance cost required in the later stage, is the one that can be accepted by all parties during the integration management for dam safety.

摘要: 水电站大坝安全管理统一平台需要集成多个监测自动化系统,笔者提出的集成方案中,自动化厂家在采集模块外层增加采集服务,以此供第三方调用,在流域公司或多电站管理公司的大坝安全管理系统中完成了对多个监测自动化系统的虚拟化集成。实践表明,此方案可降低系统间的耦合度,前期实现方便,后期维护成本低,是大坝安全一体化管理中各方容易接受的一种集成方案。
