Abstract: Based on practical status of flood control regulation, combined with 3-D modeling, geographic information, data base, virtual reality and other advanced digital technologies, 3-D flood control regulation simulation system for Chencun hydropower station is successfully developed. The design technology scheme, key technology features, specific functions of the system and applications are expounded in details for reference.

摘要: 大唐陈村水力发电厂结合防汛调度实际,利用三维建模、地理信息、数据库、虚拟现实等当今先进的数字化技术,成功创新开发了防汛调度三维仿真系统。详细阐述了设计技术方案、关键技术特点、系统的具体功能与应用等。
