Abstract: Safety monitoring is an important part of dam safety management. As the highly potent expertise required, it is difficult to manage safety mornitoring. Through the analysis of key pointsin management, operation model and developing trend, application of commission management mode in safety monitoring of Changzhou hydropower station is expounded for reference.

摘要： 大坝安全监测是大坝安全管理的重要内容，因其极强的专业性，国内水电安全监测管理有一定难度。详细阐述委托管理模式在长洲水电站安全监测的成功应用，并进一步从管理重点、运作模式、发展趋势等方面进行分析和论述，以期对国内水电站的安全管理提供借鉴。
