Abstract: LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) is efficient to get 3D data which is widely used in city planning, resources investigation, electricity, communication, military, surveying and mapping, disaster monitoring and so on. This article showed the key points in textured model generation for Kala hydropower station.

摘要： 激光雷达（即激光探测与测距）提供了一种快速、高效获取三维空间数据的方法，因而在城市规划、资源勘查、电力、交通、文物保护、军事、测绘、灾害监测等方面得到广泛应用。以卡拉水电站为项目背景，探讨了卡拉水电站选址、施工过程中地面三维激光扫描仪在大范围纹理模型制作方面的技术。
