Abstract: The original water regime system at Bikou reservoir was made up of shortwave and ultra short wave system. System modification was carried out in 2006. The new system was made up of Beidou satellites, ultra short wave and GSM which was integrated, advanced, practical and economical. The modification experience can be references for similar projects.

摘要： 碧口水电厂原水情测报系统为短波、超短波系统，2006 年对系统进行了全面改造，改造为北斗卫星、超短波、GSM 短信混合组网形式，系统改造体现了综合性、先进性、实用性和经济性，为其它工程水情测报系统的改造提供了借鉴经验。
