弧型闸门边导板修补技术的研究

Abstract: Corrosion of different degree exists on the gates which were built in the period of 1960~1980, especially serious on the side guide plate. The main formof corrosion is that the guide plate would get thinner, corrosion pit would appear at some parts of the plate. Corrosion would lead to leakage at the gate and increase the attrition of water seal. Traditional way of corrosion treatment was chiseling off the concrete of second- stage gate slot and change a newside guide plate. This is of the disadvantage that narrow construction area, long construction period and big effect to whole project. The paper introduced a newrepair way with the application of a newpolymer material, it’ s of the advantage that simple and fast construction, high strength of the material, big binding power. It would protect side guide plate fromcorrosion and because it is smoother than steel, it would decrease the attrition of water seal, reduce the fiction factor to 50% and lowthe lifting power. This technology was applied to reservoir gate and of good effect, worthy reference.

摘要: 修建于上世纪60~70 年代的水闸, 目前金属结构都有不同程度的锈蚀, 闸门边导板尤为严重, 锈蚀主要表现在导板整体厚度减薄, 局部出现锈蚀坑, 既造成闸门漏水, 也增加了对水封的磨损。处理类似工程, 原始办法是凿除门槽二期混凝土, 更换新的边导板, 缺点是施工面狭窄, 工期长, 工程量小, 对整体工程运行影响大。本文介绍一种用新型高分子材料修补边导板锈蚀的方法, 施工简单、快速, 材料强度高, 粘结力好, 在保护边导板不再受腐蚀同时, 表面光洁度高于钢板, 既减少水封的磨损, 还能将摩擦系数降低50%,
