在新老混凝土结合面设置键槽的施工方法

Abstract: The problem of combination between the new and existing concrete need to be solved in Danjiangkou dam heightening project. Simulation calculation and three- times site tests proved that the key- way on the jointing surface was crucial. It was necessary to set artificial key- way on the down- streamdamsurface in the pre- period project where there was not key groove in advance. By comparing with traditional construction methods, the slotting made use of high- power discal sawcutting combined with drilling static expansion was adopted. It gained prize from the supervisor, designer, owner and experts as it was economical and effective, worthy reference in similar projects.

摘要: 丹江口大坝加高工程中需解决新老混凝土的结合问题。大量仿真计算和三次现场试验结果均表明需在老混凝土面设置键槽。在先期工程下游坝面未预留键槽部位进行人工补设键槽是非常必要的。通过对传统施工工艺的分析比较, 采用大功率液压圆盘锯切割加钻孔静力膨胀相结合的施工工艺。该施工方法能满足经济、高效的要求, 在大坝加高工程中推广应用, 既满足了设计和工程进度的要求, 又取得了良好经济效果, 得到了监理、设计、业主及专家的一致好评。
