Abstract: Three-dimensional virtual reality is the foundation of “digital urban” construction. It based on three-dimensional urban, established three-dimensional geographic information system and achieved the integration of two--dimensional and three--dimensional information system. In this way, the information and data in the former established two-dimensional geographic information system can be used effectively, special geographic information system of three-dimension can be established quickly and better service society.

摘要： 三维虚拟现实是“数字城市”建设的基础，以三维城市为基础平台，建立三维地理信息系统，并实现三维与二维信息系统的集成，从而有效利用了以前建立的二维地理信息系统的信息和数据，快速建立三维环境下的专题地理信息系统，更好更直观地服务于社会大众。
