欧洲水电运营数智化发展现状与启示研究

摘要:

2023年,欧盟启动了D-HYDROFLEX科研项目,汇聚17家机构力量,通过数字孪生、人工智能、多能融合等技术路径,系统探索水电站灵活性提升与可持续发展新模式。笔者结合D-HYDROFLEX项目的技术架构与示范项目,介绍欧洲水电运营数智化相关政策、发展方向及现状,同时结合中国水电运营数智化实践开展对比分析,供参考。

Abstract:

In 2023, the European Union launched the D-HYDROFLEX project, bringing together 17 institutions to explore new models for enhancing the flexibility and sustainable development of hydropower stations through technological approaches such as digital twins, artificial intelligence, and multi-energy integration station. Drawing on the technical architecture and demonstration projects of D-HYDROFLEX, this paper introduces European policies, development directions, and the current status of digital and intelligent operation of hydropower stations. It also conducts a comparative analysis with China′ s practices in the digital and intelligent operation of hydropower stations, providing insights for reference.
