拉西瓦水电站果卜岸坡变形体治理及成效

摘要: 拉西瓦水电站果卜岸坡变形体位于大坝右岸坝前0.9~1.7 km,是受以倾倒变形为主的多种变形机制影响的超大型花岗岩岩质边坡,为B类Ⅰ级边坡,总体积达 1.02亿m 3 。2009年3月水库下闸蓄水后,发现果卜岸坡出现明显的变形迹象。黄河公司组织开展了地质勘探、变形监测、多种方法的数值计算和稳定性分析与评价等大量卓有成效的科学研究和安全监测与风险管控工作。由于水库蓄水初期果卜岸坡表部变形速率较大,果卜岸坡变形体被评估为重大隐患Ⅱ级。2018年,基于以往诸多专题研究成果,将重大隐患Ⅱ级调整定性为安全风险Ⅱ级(可接受的Ⅱ级风险)。2015年10月库水位蓄至正常蓄水位2 452 m以来的长期监测资料表明,库水位稳定在2 450~2 452 m运行后,果卜岸坡变形已明显趋缓,最大变形测点日综合变形速率降低至2 mm/d以内,目前果卜岸坡变形体总体稳定,风险可控在控。笔者介绍拉西瓦水电站果卜岸坡变形体治理具体做法及成效,可供类似工程借鉴参考。

Abstract: The deformable body of Guobu slope is on the right bank of Laxiwa hydropower station, 0.9~1.7 km upstream the dam. It is an ultra-large granitic rock slope with a volume of 102 million m 3 , affected by various deformation mechanism, mainly toppling deformation, and is classified as Class B Grade I. After the reservoir impoundment in March 2009, obvious deformation of Guobu slope is observed. Hence, scientific research, safety monitoring and risk control measures are carried out, including geological exploration, deformation monitoring, numerical calculations using various methods, and stability analysis. Due to the high deformation rate of Guobu slope in the early stage of reservoir impoundment, the deformable body of Guobu slope was assessed as a major hazard of Grade Ⅱ. In 2018, based on study results, Guobu slope was reclassified as a safety risk of Grade Ⅱ (acceptable risk of Grade Ⅱ). In October 2015, the reservoir water level reached the normal impoundment level of 2 452 m. Long-term monitoring data since then show that the deformation of Guobu slope has slowed down after the reservoir water level stabilized between 2 450 m and 2 452 m. The daily deformation rate by the monitoring point at the maximum deformation decreased to less than 2 mm/d. Currently, the deformable body of Guobu slope is generally stable, and the risk is controllable. This paper introduces the specific measures and achievements in the treatment of the deformable body of Guobu slope of Laxiwa hydropower station, for reference.
