响洪甸水库实行汛期水位动态控制可行性研究

摘要: 响洪甸水库大坝自除险加固以来,汛期(6月15日至9月15日)汛限水位为同一水位125.00 m。为更好地发挥响洪甸水库的防洪、灌溉、供水、生态等社会和经济效益,分别从实测暴雨、汛期汛情、实测洪水、设计洪水等方面进行统计分析,证明可以实施汛限水位动态控制。通过风险与效益两方面论证,得出响洪甸水库汛限水位实行动态控制是可行的,效益是可观的。

Abstract: Since rehabilitation of Xianghongdian reservoir dam, the flood control level in flood season (from 15 June to 15 September) is set at 125.00 m. To better realize the social and economic benefits of the reservoir, such as flood control, irrigation, water supply and ecology, analysis of measured precipitation, flood and designed flood is carried out. Results show that dynamic control of flood level is feasible. By analysis of the risk and benefit, it is proved that dynamic control of flood level would bring considerable benefit.
