Abstract: This paper introduces the construction technology and temperature control of concrete on the spiral case in the underground powerhouse on the right bank of Xiluodu hydropower station. As well, the deformation monitoring technology is introduced here. Especially, effective measures are taken to ensure the plumpness and compactness of the concrete at the volute bottom and on the chock internal angle, which is important for operation safety. Further, the temperature change of the inner concrete is presented. Based on the experience learnt from Xiluodu project, the concrete construction technology of the spiral case of turbine is summarized for reference.

摘要: 介绍了溪洛渡右岸地下厂房蜗壳外包温控混凝土施工技术和蜗壳变形监测技术,特别是采取有效措施保证蜗壳底部和座环阴角部位混凝土浇筑的饱满和密实性对水轮机安全运行至关重要,并验证了蜗壳大体积混凝土内部温度变化趋势。通过对溪洛渡右岸地下厂房蜗壳温控混凝土施工技术和变形监测技术的系统研究和总结,探索出适合当前大型水轮机组蜗壳包裹混凝土施工的技术。
