Abstract

Abstract: This paper introduced the damage caused byWenchuan earthquake and the risk elimination, special inspection as well as emergency treatment measures. The idea that the experience should be learnt, and scientific hydro- energy utilization and management mode should be developed was advanced here.

摘要： 对汶川地震后震区水电站受损情况做了简要介绍, 对震区水电站采取的险情排查、特种检查和应急处置工作做了进一步阐述, 作者建议认真总结这次抗震救灾中水电站排险的经验教训, 结合在后恢复重建, 建立科学的水能开发和管理模式。
