Abstract: Combined with dam seepage monitoring data of Heiquan reservoir and warning indexes, anti-seepage effect was researched by comparison of boundary conditions, and in this way, dam safety state may be determined.
摘要： 根据黑泉水库大坝渗流监测资料及设计控制指标，依据边界条件进行对比分析，研究大坝总体防渗效果，判断坝体性态是否正常。
