Abstract:

In view of the concrete durability deterioration commonly found among old aqueducts in China, two quality inspection methods based on dynamic elastic modulus for the concrete structure of aqueducts are proposed. The first method is to utilize the strong penetration ability of impact elastic waves to test the elastic wave velocity of main load-bearing components of aqueducts over the full length range, and calculate the concrete dynamic elastic modulus based on the elastic wave velocity. The second method is to use dynamic testing to obtain main vibration modal characteristics of the aqueduct structure under natural wind excitation in three directions and the concrete dynamic elastic modulus in the finite element structural model is modified to gradually align the modal analysis with the on-site dynamic testing results. From this, the concrete dynamic elastic modulus can be calculated. With long-term structural monitoring using these two methods, the trend of concrete dynamic elastic modulus can be tracked, which can provide solid proof in assessing the variation of structural safety for aqueducts during their entire service lives.

针对我国老旧渡槽普遍存在的混凝土耐久性劣化问题,提出两种基于动弹模的渡槽混凝土结构质量无损检测方法:(1)利用冲击弹性波穿透能力强的特点,测试渡槽主要受力构件全长度范围的弹性波波速,根据弹性波波速计算混凝土动弹模;(2)利用动力测试获取渡槽结构在场地自然风作用下被激发的3个方向主振模态的振动特性,通过对有限元结构模型中混凝土动弹模的修正,使模型的模态分析与现场动力测试结果逐步趋于一致,由此计算混凝土动弹模。两种方法可相互配合,提高检测可靠性,在对渡槽结构进行定期检测和长期数据积累的基础上,跟踪混凝土动弹模的变化趋势,为评估渡槽服役期内结构安全状态的演变规律提供依据。
