Abstract: According to statistics, there are hundreds of small and medium-sized reservoirs in Xinjiang. Although the local government always pays great attention to the safe operation of reservoirs, problems still exist such as the scattered information, non-uniform standards, and ineffective data sharing. In order to solve those problems, with sufficient consideration of the actual requirements from local reservoirs management departments in Xinjiang, a safety monitoring data management and analysis cloud platform is developed, which integrates all the required function modules including projects management, data logging and sensing, data management, data analysis, devices monitoring, warning forecasting and so on. The platform has been successfully applied to more than 20 reservoirs in Xinjiang so far, and the work efficiency has been significantly improved by using the cloud platform.

摘要: 新疆地区已有中小型水库384座,当地政府虽十分重视水库的安全运行,但新疆地区幅员辽阔,水库安全监测普遍存在信息分散、标准不统一、数据共享性不够等一系列问题。针对新疆地区水库点多、面广、量大的管理难题,结合当地相关部门实际业务需求,采用云计算、物联网技术,提出并研发了一套基于云服务架构的水库安全监测数据管理与分析平台,为大坝安全监测提供从智能感知到监控预警的一整套服务。平台已在新疆20多座水库中成功应用,水库管理人员工作效率得到显著改善,有效提高了水库大坝安全监测水平,值得持续深入的推广应用。
