Abstract: Construction of toe slab and grouting are an important part of seepage control system for a face-slab dam. High construction quality and seepage prevention level are the key points during construction. This paper discusses the construction of the toe slab in seepage control system of the lower reservoir dam of a pumped storage power station, as well as the quality management which should be paid attention to during construction. The results show that the construction scheme and quality control method are feasible, worth reference.

摘要: 趾板施工及灌浆是面板坝防渗体系中重要的一环,保证其达到设计要求的施工质量及防渗等级是施工质量管理的关键。结合某抽水蓄能电站工程,详细论述了该电站趾板防渗体系施工工艺及施工方法,以及趾板防渗系统施工过程中应注意的工程质量管理细节。结果表明,本套施工方案及质量安全控制方法切实可行,可供参考。
