Abstract: Safety assessment of diseased reservoirs is the premise of rehabilitation. Integrative analysis should be carried out before rehabilitation in aspects such as project quality, flood prevention, dam safety, anti-seismic safety, structural safety, metal structural safety, safety monitoring and et al. This would present reliable data for further design.

摘要： 病险水库的安全评价是除险加固的前提。从工程总体情况、防洪安全、坝体安全、抗震安全、结构安全、金属结构安全、安全监测等方面对大坝安全状况进行综合分析，为病险水库除险加固设计提供可靠的资料和依据。
