Abstract: In the construction of large volume roller compacted concrete, the engineering quantity is arge, pouring strength is high and the process is intensive. The research and analysis show that the quality of roller compacted concrete can be greatly improved by effective process management. With the same mixing conditions, the improvement of rolling process as well as its effect are studied. The conclusion shows that enhancement of the rolling process control can result in higher construction efficiency, better compaction quality and reliability, which is helpful for realization of high quality project.

摘要: 大体积碾压混凝土施工过程中,碾压混凝土工程量大、浇筑强度高、工序紧凑,为了保证碾压混凝土施工质量,需要加强各施工工序质量。经研究分析,有效加强工序管理能提高碾压混凝土工序质量,进而提高工程质量。在拌制条件相同的情况下,重点对碾压工序中碾压遍数合格率的改进进行了研究分析,并对改进后的混凝土施工质量进行了检测。结论表明:重点加强碾压混凝土的碾压遍数工序控制,能提高施工效率、提高压实度合格率的可信度,进而实现以工序质量来保证工程质量的目标。
