Abstract: The dam safety monitoring is a continuous work. Obtaining comprehensive, timely and credible monitoring data is the basis for safety monitoring of the project. Based on advanced information technology, a multiparty shared online monitoring and management platform for monitoring system operation and maintenance, technical management, competent department and expert team has been developed. By checking the missing data, absence of measurement, errors and invalid data, the status and performance of dam safety monitoring system can be understood in real time, the relevant responsible parties can be urged to deal with the existing problems in time, and a long-acting and closed-loop management mechanism can be formed. The platform application is helpful to improve the operation and maintenance of monitoring system, the quality of monitoring work, and the technical level of the whole industry.

摘要： 大坝安全监测是一项持久性的工作，获取全面、及时、可信的监测数据是监控工程安全的基础。采用先进的信息技术，研发了供监测系统运维操作、技术管理、主管单位和专家团队等多方共享的在线监测管理平台，通过检查监测数据缺失、缺测、误差、无效值等，可实时掌握大坝安全监测系统状态和监测工作情况，督促相关责任者及时处理存在问题，形成长效闭环管理机制。该平台的应用有利于改进监测系统的运行维护，提高监测工作质量，有助于提升行业整体的技术水平。
