Abstract: The automation design of water level lifting anti-bird roller shutter door is one of the measures to improve automation level of gate station, to guard against the threat of birds and to ensure safe water delivery. The working principle is as follows: water level information is gathered by ultrasonic measurement and processed by microprogrammed control unit. Accordingly, the motor is driven to work. The design is highly automatic and is of good effect. This innovation has not only reduced manual operation, but also lowered safety risk, worthy of popularization for birds prevention.

摘要: 水位升降防鸟卷帘门的自动化设计是提高闸站自动化水平、防范鸟患威胁、确保安全输水的举措之一。其工作原理为:超声采集水位信息,通过编程单片机处理并驱动电机同步正反转,实现了卷帘门随水位升降的自动化要求。该设计自动化程度高、防鸟效果好,是工程应用领域的创新。与传统防鸟设施相比,既减少了人工作业的繁琐,又降低了安全风险,为闸站防鸟及类似工程问题找到了一种可靠办法。
