Abstract: Destructive earthquake may cause harm to power facilities and induce flood. Thus, related organizations were established and emergency plan was compiled to diminish the loss when earthquake happen.

摘要： 太平湾水电站位于丹东市上游，破坏性地震会导致洪水灾害和电力设施灾害。电厂建立健全了防震减灾组织机构，明确责任，建立了各种应急对策，防范未然。本文对此作一简要介绍。
