Abstract: Hydropower is the ideal standby power supply for peak regulation and frequency modulation, but its proportion in Northeast Grid is small. As the development of grid and increase of peak-valley difference, to satisfy the need of grid, construction of hydropower plants and pumped storage power stations should speed up.

摘要： 水电是电力系统理想的调峰、调频和事故备用电源，但水电在东北电网中所占比重较小。由于电网的发展和峰谷差的加大，今后在加快风电、核电、火电等电站建设的同时，应加快常规水电和抽水蓄能电站的建设，以满足电网的需要。
