Abstract: This paper made a complete exposition of construction and management of site laboratory of hydropower project through the construction practice of Jilintai I Hydropower Station and provided general advices for similar cases.

摘要： 结合新疆吉林台一级水电站大坝工程工地试验室建设管理的实践，总结阐述了水利水电工程工地试验室建设管理的一般程式和要求，归纳列举了工地试验管理中一些带有普遍性的常见问题及处理方法，供交流探讨。
