Abstract: With analysis on the necessity and importance of dam－break flood insurance in China, study on its feasibility was carried out in this paper, for further reference to the insurance mode research.

摘要： 在分析我国实行溃坝洪水保险的必要性与重要性的基础上，研究了我国实行溃坝洪水保险的可行性，为研究适合我国国情的溃坝洪水保险模式提供参考。
