Abstract: The hydraulic structure safety monitoring system established for pumped-storage hydropower stations under the jurisdiction of State Grid Xinyuan Group primarily concentrates on monitoring data management, including functions such as the input, inspection and review of monitoring data, the query, statistics and offline analysis of data. However, the system lacks the functions of online validity identifi_ cation of monitoring data and online diagnosis of monitoring system status, and does not possess the abil_ ity of online monitoring for dam safety. The author delineates the technical path to upgrade the online dam safety monitoring system based on the original hydraulic structure safety monitoring system. The up_ graded online monitoring system not only provides the application of dam safety management at the hy_ dropower station level, but also fulfills the needs of informatization of dam safety supervision and man_ agement, offering reference for online monitoring system construction for similar projects.

摘要： 国网新源集团有限公司所辖抽水蓄能电站已建的水工建筑物安全监测系统（简称“新源iDam系统”），主要侧重于监测数据的管理，包括监测数据的输入、检查与审核、查询与统计、离线分析等功能，缺少监测数据有效性在线识别、监测系统状态在线诊断等功能，不具备大坝安全在线监控能力。笔者阐述了国网新源集团有限公司在原新源iDam 系统基础上，通过改造升级成大坝安全在线监控系统的技术路线。升级后的在线监控系统既能提供厂站级大坝安全管理的应用，又能满足公司层面实行大坝安全监督管理信息化应用的需求，为后续类似工程的在线监控系统建设提供参考。
