Abstract:

The underground powerhouse cavern of a pumped storage power station in the Middle East is located in weak surrounding rock, and the crane beam adopts a rock-anchored beam structure. To accommodate the characteristics of large deformation of the surrounding rock and the existence of time effect, the design employs both conventional mortar rock bolts and a prestressed steel bar anchorage system to ensure the stability of the crane beam during the construction and operation phases. The monitoring data and operation performance have confirmed the necessity and the safety of adopting two sets of anchorage systems.

中东某抽蓄电站地下厂房洞室位于软弱围岩地质条件下,吊车梁采用岩锚梁结构。为适应围岩变形大、存在时间效应的特点,采用了普通砂浆锚杆和预应力钢棒锚固系统分别满足施工期和运行期吊车梁的稳定。监测结果和运行情况验证了采用两套锚固系统的必要性和安全性。
