Abstract: As a key water conservancy project in Shajingzi irrigation area of the first division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Xinjingzi reservoir faces multiple challenges such as insufficient seepage safety, decreased regulation and storage capacity and structural damage. The reinforcement proj ⁃ ect is designed based on existing problems, including raising and optimizing the dam crest structure, adopting multiple measures to reinforce the main and auxiliary dams to enhance seepage prevention and stability, using Autobank 6.0 software to calculate the seepage stability of dam and the anti-sliding sta ⁃ bility of dam slope, rebuilding and repairing the water discharge gate to enhance water discharge effi ⁃ ciency, reconstructing channels and dredging to enhance water diversion efficiency and water quality, and introducing the information automation and monitoring system to achieve real-time monitoring and precise management of the reservoir operation data. The results indicate that all safety indicators of the reinforced reservoir meet the design requirements, which significantly improves the operation safety and storage capacity of reservoir. This study emphasizes the importance of continuous monitoring and mainte ⁃ nance, providing reference for similar projects.

摘要: 新井子水库作为新疆生产建设兵团第一师沙井子灌区的关键水利工程,面临渗流安全性不足、调蓄能力 下降和结构破损等多重挑战。根据工程存在问题,设计除险加固工程,包括:加高并优化坝顶结构;采用多重措施 加固主副坝以增强防渗与稳定性;采用Autobank 6.0软件对大坝渗流稳定性和坝坡抗滑稳定性进行计算分析;重 建并修补放水闸,以提升放水设施效能;改造渠道并清淤,以提升引水效率与水质;引入信息自动化与监测系统, 实现水库运行数据的实时监控与精准管理。结果表明,加固后的水库各项安全指标均满足设计要求,显著提升了 水库的运行安全水平和调蓄能力。本研究结论强调了持续监测和维护的重要性,为类似工程提供了参考。
