Abstract: The dam structure and anti- seepage safety of Huanghuayu reservoir have met the require ⁃ ments after reinforcement in the early stage. However, under the condition of check flood, the flood control capacity is still insufficient. The sand discharge tunnel at the bottom of the dam can not release floodwater and sand, causing severe sedimentation in the reservoir area and threatening the reservoir operation. In this regard, it is necessary to take additional reinforcement measures to ensure the normal safe operation of reservoir. This paper analyzes the current situation of sedimentation in the reservoir area, measures the relationship between area and water level, studies the impact of sedimentation on flood control, compares the treatment schemes that can meet flood control standards, and verifies the treatment measures for the sand discharge tunnel. This study can provide reference for similar reservoirs with sedimentation.

摘要: 黄华峪水库前期已进行过除险加固,坝体结构和防渗安全已满足要求,但校核洪水条件下防洪能力仍然 不足。坝体底部排沙洞无法泄洪排沙,导致库区淤积严重,威胁水库运行安全。对此,需要进一步采取除险加固 措施以保障水库正常安全运行。笔者分析库区淤积现状,对面积-水位关系进行实测,分析淤积问题对调洪的影响, 并对防洪达标处理方案进行比选,对排沙洞整治措施进行设计验证。本研究可为类似淤积水库提供整治参考。
