Abstract: Taking factors affecting the accuracy of static leveling as the starting point, this paper analyz⁃ es the degree of influence of temperature difference and barometric difference in pipeline, pipe diame⁃ ter, etc, and proposes corresponding solutions. Also, this paper analyzes bubbles, liquid corrosion, dew condensation on float surface, contact friction, sensor measurement error and other factors, and proposes corresponding optimization methods. The error propagation rule of the static leveling system is explained and the pipeline test process is described, which can check whether the static leveling system works nor⁃ mally. Through comparison and analysis of artificial leveling observation data and automatic static level⁃ ing data of a typical project, it is concluded that after taking various methods, the measurement accuracy can meet the requirements of specifications.

摘要: 以静力水准测量精度影响因素为切入点,分析了管路中温度差、气压差、管径等对垂直位移测量精度的影 响程度,并提出相应的优化方案;分析了管路中气泡、液体腐蚀、浮子表面结露、接触摩擦、传感器本身测量误差等 影响因素,并提出相应的改进措施。解释了静力水准测量系统中的误差传递规律,说明了管路试验过程,以检查 静力水准系统工作是否正常。通过典型项目的人工水准观测与静力水准自动化监测数据对比分析,认为采取各 项措施后,测量精度能满足规范要求。
