Abstract: This paper introduces the structure and function of high pressure oil jacking device at a hydropower station, and analyzes the residual pressure in the main oil inlet ring pipe and main oil inlet pipe. Infrared thermal imagers are utilized to efficiently locate the faulty check throttles. Then, the causes for the residual pressure in the main oil inlet ring pipe and main oil inlet pipe are analyzed. Accordingly, prevention measures are proposed.

摘要: 对某水电站机组的高压油顶起装置的结构和功能进行介绍,并就高压油顶起装置总进油环管及总进油管的残留压力进行分析,通过红外线热成像仪对故障逆止节流阀组进行快速定位,分析造成总进油环管及总进油管残留压力的原因,并提出预防措施。
