基于数字影像技术的超深混凝土防渗墙浇筑施工工效及 单价计算方法研究

Abstract: As more and more hydropower projects adopt the extra-deep (more than 100 m) concrete cutoff wall for seepage control treatment at dam foundation, the current estimated budget quota of hydropow⁃ er projects can not meet the demand of unit price calculation of concrete pouring projects. Taking the hidden risk treatment by extra-deep (148 m) concrete cut-off wall in Shiziping hydropower station as ex⁃ ample, the digital image technology is used to measure and analyze the concrete pouring efficiency for a year, and the relationship between average pouring efficiency and depth of extra-deep concrete cut-off wall is obtained. On this basis, combined with the relevant technical specifications, the calculation meth⁃ od and key points for unit price of extra-deep concrete cut-off wall pouring project are put forward.

摘要: 随着越来越多水电工程采用超深(大于100 m)混凝土防渗墙进行坝基防渗处理,现行水电工程概预算定 额已远不能满足混凝土浇筑工程单价编制需求。以狮子坪水电站大坝隐患治理超深(148 m)混凝土防渗墙工程 为例,采用“数字影像技术”对混凝土浇筑工效进行为期1年的现场测定及分析,得到超深混凝土防渗墙浇筑平均 工效与防渗墙深度的关系。在此基础上,结合相关施工技术规范提出了超深混凝土防渗墙浇筑工程单价计算方 法和计算要点事项。
