辛集洼水库调蓄工程围坝蓄水及截渗方案比选研究

Abstract: Due to the relatively concentrated timing of water distribution periods, in order to meet the needs of water allocation within the year and improve the water supply guarantee rate, the Xinjiwa reservoir is constructed in Zouping city, as supporting works for the first phase of the East Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion. This project can realize the water supply goal of South-to-North Water Diversion Project and provide support for the regional national economic development. Focusing on the construction of dams for the reservoir, the design schemes are compared and selected from two aspects: reservoir storage depth and dam foundation seepage interception scheme. The selected design scheme can meet the requirements of the reservoir, and can provide reference for reservoir construction in water supply areas along South-to-North Water Diversion Project.

摘要: 由于分配水量时段较集中,为满足水量年内分配要求,提高供水保证率,在山东省邹平市建设辛集洼水库 调蓄工程,作为南水北调东线一期工程的续建配套项目。该工程可实现南水北调工程的供水目标,同时为地区国 民经济发展提供支撑。围绕调蓄工程的围坝建设,从水库蓄水深度和坝基截渗方案两个方面,对围坝设计方案进 行比选研究,选取的设计结果满足调蓄工程需求,可为沿线供水地区的调蓄工程建设提供借鉴。
