施工期地下厂房岩壁吊车梁安全性态初步分析

Abstract:

The rock wall crane beam in underground powerhouse ofa hydropowerstationisreinforced concrete cantilever beam, which is anchored on the side wall by three rows of anchor bolts. By focus on the analysis of the joint opening on surrounding rock surface and the stress deformation of anchor bolts at the junction of surrounding rock and concrete beam, combined with the stress of anchor bolts in surrounding rock and the beam concrete reinforcement stress at each monitoring section, as well as the patrol inspection results, the safety and reliability of rock wall crane beam before load test are comprehensively evaluated, which can provide basis for the load test of rock wall crane beam.

某水电站地下厂房岩壁吊车梁为钢筋混凝土悬臂梁,由三排锚杆锚固在边墙上。通过重点分析各监测断 面围岩面接缝开合度及围岩与混凝土梁体结合处锚杆应力变形,结合各断面围岩内锚杆应力和梁体混凝土钢筋 应力,以及巡视检查结果,综合评价岩壁吊车梁荷载试验前的安全可靠性,为岩壁吊车梁荷载试验提供依据。
